Halloween Zeta — 気まぐれガールのドキドキ診療室 Evaluation

Halloween Zeta

Pure-type Tec 44. The outfit requires two Pure members; Passive gives score support to two Pure members. Initial Iofi, initial Suisei, swimsuit Mio and initial Polka provide ample partner choices.

Her Active baseline and score-support Passive are weak; Special is standard. Upper-left L 4 joins Line 3 and Surround 12 among the best blue options at bloom 5. The strong Tec 130% outfit duplicates initial Iofi and swimsuit Mio.

Member performance is modest. One copy has value if the Pure Tec 130% outfit is missing, but high bloom is a low priority when combining member and Connect value.

Member

Initial Iofi, initial Suisei, swimsuit Mio and initial Polka can buff Pure Tec. Their intervals 17 s/29 s/23 s/19 s differ from Zeta’s 27 s, leaving ample partner choices.

Special is unconditional 110%→135% score support for 12 s, the standard unassisted configuration also found on swimsuit Mio/initial Polka. Active is unconditional every 27 s, medium chance, 10 s, 95%→115% score UP, identical to swimsuit Miko/Ayame.

Baseline Active expectation: 16.19→19.59. Both values are below the roster mean, and the upgraded value is low within medium-chance cards too. Matching existing cards does not give it a strong baseline relative to the five-star roster.

Passive gives two Pure members 8%→11% score support. Score-support Passives are generally weaker than parameter UP at present. Partners may give Zeta Tec, but she returns support rather than the reciprocal Tec buff. Useful Tec 44 distribution does not offset a standard Special, a weak Active baseline and a weaker Passive enough to make member acquisition a priority.

Outfit

Pure 2 gives everyone Tec 130% UP, 10 points above unconditional 120. Initial Iofi and swimsuit Mio have the same requirement and effect. If neither is owned, one Zeta gives access; otherwise the effect is already covered. Outfit utility is separate from her weaker member Passive: deploy two other Pure members instead if desired.

Connect and bloom 5

Upper-left L 4:150%→200%. Use inward blue when the blue slot is right of center. Low bloom is behind inward Line 3; bloom 5 joins Line 3/Surround 12 at the top. L 4 adds more activation rate, Line 3 more parameters, with about the same final score. Central yellow-facing use can combine red effects and the leader’s own solo bonus. Bloom 5 is low priority for Connect alone; one copy has a reason when Pure 2 Tec 130 is missing.

Reading baseline Active expectation

Baseline Active expectation is a single skill’s long-run average: activation probability × duration ÷ interval × score-UP magnitude. Medium chance is 46% and high chance is 55%. Comparisons assume no acceleration, fulfilled conditions and uniform note density. A value of 22.00 means average score UP equivalent to +22% under these assumptions. Final-score gains also depend on overlapping Actives, Specials, score support, Boards and other effects.

The reference is all 88 five-star cards implemented by October 28, 2026, excluding these five preview cards. At matched progression, the roster mean is 17.59→21.15. After upgrade, the 41 medium-chance cards span 19.17–20.91, and the 47 high-chance cards span 21.61–23.10. Values in this article also show before→after upgrade.
