Halloween Raden — 高貴なるヴァンパイアの嗜み Evaluation

Cute-type Tec 43. Special’s extra effect and Passive require two ReGLOSS members. Tec partners are limited to swimsuit Ririka and Halloween Hajime, leaving few choices.
Her Active baseline and score-support Passive are weak; Special is standard. At bloom 5, Right Triangle 8 joins Vertical I 4 and Surround 12 among the best red options. The strong Tec 135% outfit is a reason to build a ReGLOSS Tec team.
Member performance is modest; the outfit is the main reason to acquire her. One copy is worthwhile with another Tec ReGLOSS card, but chasing high bloom is low priority.
Member
Special’s extra effect and Passive need two ReGLOSS members. The Tec partners are swimsuit Ririka and Halloween Hajime; choices are limited, but their Active intervals differ: Raden 23 s, Ririka 28 s and Hajime 32 s, so they can be used together normally.
Special gives 100%→120% score support for 12 s, plus 40%→45% activation-rate UP with ReGLOSS 2. Support itself is unconditional. Swimsuit Noel and Suisei have the same configuration; it is standard. Active is every 23 s, medium chance, 8 s, 100%→120% score UP, unconditional and identical to swimsuit Kanade, Suisei and Mio.
Baseline Active expectation: 16.00→19.20. Before upgrade it ties the existing five-star minimum, and after upgrade it remains near the bottom. Unconditional use is convenient, but its standalone baseline is weak, even within medium-chance cards.
Passive gives two ReGLOSS members 9%→12% score support with ReGLOSS 2. Its upgraded value ties the family maximum, but score-support Passives are generally weaker than parameter-UP Passives at present. Two-member single-parameter UP and self all-parameter UP contribute more in the comparison discussed here.
Outfit
ReGLOSS 2 gives everyone Tec 135% UP, 15 points above unconditional Tec 120. Only three outfits offer Tec 135; the others also require groups (initial Akirose:1st Gen 2; swimsuit Ayame:2nd Gen 2).
The Tec-focused ReGLOSS cards are Halloween Raden, swimsuit Ririka and Halloween Hajime. Owning one other alongside Raden lets you meet the condition with two Tec members, leaving three slots free. With both Ririka and Hajime you can omit Raden from the stage, avoiding her weaker Passive. Another Cute member enables Ririka’s Passive.
If a Tec partner is unavailable, another ReGLOSS member can still activate Tec 135 for the team. Raden’s score-support Passive works regardless of the partner’s main parameter. Future Tec ReGLOSS releases could broaden the choices.
Connect and bloom 5
Right Triangle 8:85%→135% at bloom 5. Its main use is red with the score-support side on the right. Low bloom substitutes for Vertical I 4 or Upper L 4; bloom 5 joins Vertical I 4 and Surround 12 at the top, with about the same final score. Outward yellow and inward blue are at best runners-up. Modest member strength, an outfit available from one copy, and no unique Connect advantage make one copy for the outfit more attractive than chasing bloom 5.
Reading baseline Active expectation
Baseline Active expectation is a single skill’s long-run average: activation probability × duration ÷ interval × score-UP magnitude. Medium chance is 46% and high chance is 55%. Comparisons assume no acceleration, fulfilled conditions and uniform note density. A value of 22.00 means average score UP equivalent to +22% under these assumptions. Final-score gains also depend on overlapping Actives, Specials, score support, Boards and other effects.
The reference is all 88 five-star cards implemented by October 28, 2026, excluding these five preview cards. At matched progression, the roster mean is 17.59→21.15. After upgrade, the 41 medium-chance cards span 19.17–20.91, and the 47 high-chance cards span 21.61–23.10. Values in this article also show before→after upgrade.
