Halloween Nerissa — 魅惑のMagic Potion Evaluation

Happy-type Per 43. Passive and outfit require two Happy members. Swimsuit Kanade, swimsuit Koyori and initial Shiori offer plenty of partners, making pairs easy to build.
Her Active baseline is high, the Per-UP Passive is strong, and Special is standard. At bloom 5, Upper-right L 4 joins Line 3 and Surround 12 among the best blue options, giving full bloom value. The outfit is a weaker mix of Per and score support.
Overall, her member performance is upper-tier. With an open Per slot, high bloom is strongly recommended for the combined member and Connect improvements.
Member
Passive and outfit need Happy 2. Swimsuit Kanade/Koyori also buff Happy Per. Initial Shiori buffs Advent Per: paired with Nerissa, both Happy 2 and Advent 2 are satisfied and the two can buff each other. Intervals differ: Nerissa 29 s, Kanade 23 s, Koyori 25 s, Shiori 32 s.
Special is unconditional 90%→105% score support for 15 s, like initial Bae: long but lower magnitude, without activation assistance; its overall Special performance is standard. Active is unconditional every 29 s, high chance, 10 s→11 s, 95%→105% score UP. Upgrade improves duration and magnitude. A long interval and modest magnitude trade for high chance and long duration.
Baseline Active expectation: 18.02→21.91. Both values exceed the roster mean; after upgrade it exceeds all 41 existing medium-chance cards. It is low within high-chance cards but high across the five-star roster. This unconditional Active average is an additional strength alongside her Per distribution and Passive.
Passive is Happy 2: two Happy members’ Per 32%→43% UP. This raises her and a partner’s Total Power and is the main member-role reason, alongside her Per-focused distribution and higher Active baseline.
Outfit
Happy 2 gives everyone Per 80% UP plus 25% score support. Swimsuit Miko/Mococo have this allocation with Pure 2, swimsuit Laplus with Cute 2. Nerissa is currently the only Happy 2 version.
Compared with initial Roboco/swimsuit Kanade’s Happy 2 Per 130, it gives up 50 points of Per UP for support 25. It adds less Total Power but strengthens everyone’s Active scoring; this is not a flat 25% increase in final score. Existing Happy Per pairs can use it, but the mixed outfit is a weaker part of this card. Member and Connect value are the main reasons to acquire her.
Connect and bloom 5
Upper-right L 4:150%→200%. Use inward blue when the blue slot is left of center. Low bloom is behind inward Line 3; bloom 5 joins Line 3/Surround 12, with more activation-rate emphasis but about the same final score. Central yellow-facing use can strengthen red and the leader’s solo bonus together. It faces opposite to Zeta’s L 4 and fits opposite layouts. Her member performance is upper-tier, and bloom 5 also provides a top blue Connect. With an open Per slot, high bloom is strongly recommended for both benefits.
Reading baseline Active expectation
Baseline Active expectation is a single skill’s long-run average: activation probability × duration ÷ interval × score-UP magnitude. Medium chance is 46% and high chance is 55%. Comparisons assume no acceleration, fulfilled conditions and uniform note density. A value of 22.00 means average score UP equivalent to +22% under these assumptions. Final-score gains also depend on overlapping Actives, Specials, score support, Boards and other effects.
The reference is all 88 five-star cards implemented by October 28, 2026, excluding these five preview cards. At matched progression, the roster mean is 17.59→21.15. After upgrade, the 41 medium-chance cards span 19.17–20.91, and the 47 high-chance cards span 21.61–23.10. Values in this article also show before→after upgrade.
