Halloween Matsuri — おてんば狼のあま~いTrick Evaluation

Pure-type Sen 44. Passive and outfit require two Pure members. Initial Koyori, Bijou, Kanade and swimsuit Marine offer plenty of partner choices.
Her Active baseline is low, but the two-Pure Sen Passive is strong and Special is standard. Left Convex 6 is a top solo-song yellow Connect even at low bloom, improving further at bloom 5. The strong Sen 130% outfit duplicates initial Kanade.
She can fill a Sen member slot, outfit need and solo-song Connect need together. Develop her if the Sen slot is missing; consider high bloom when she will remain on stage and solo-song bonus is also needed.
Member
Passive and outfit need Pure 2. Partners include initial Koyori, Bijou, Kanade and swimsuit Marine, offering more choice than group restrictions. Koyori and Marine also raise two Pure members’ Sen, allowing reciprocal buffs. Their Active intervals 23 s/34 s differ from Matsuri’s 26 s.
Special is unconditional 95%→115% score support for 14 s, like swimsuit Kanade/Halloween Hajime: standard, with long duration and no activation assistance. Active is unconditional every 26 s, medium chance, 10 s, 90%→110% score UP. It has no life/combo requirement.
Baseline Active expectation: 15.92→19.46. Before upgrade it is just below the existing five-star minimum of 16.00; after upgrade it remains low overall and toward the bottom of medium-chance cards. Its unconditional use is convenient, but its standalone baseline is weak.
Passive is Pure 2: two Pure members’ Sen 32%→43% UP. This is the main reason to deploy her: Sen 44 distribution and a Passive that raises both members’ Total Power rather than standout Special or Active performance.
Outfit
Pure 2 gives everyone Sen 130% UP, 10 points above unconditional 120. Build around two Pure Sen members with three other slots free. Initial Kanade has the same condition and effect. Owning it already reduces the outfit’s acquisition value; otherwise Matsuri plus a Pure partner provides access. Matsuri herself need not be deployed when other Pure members meet the requirement.
Connect and bloom 5
Left Convex 6:110%→160%. Put it inward in a yellow slot to the right of center. It leads same-bloom yellow placements for solo bonus: +2.75% low bloom,+4.00% bloom 5. It works at low bloom; bloom 5 exceeds a central yellow-facing Line 3 too. A capped bonus gains nothing further, so bloom 5 value depends on remaining bonus needs. One card can supply a Pure Sen member, outfit and solo Connect; existing Sen buffers and initial Kanade’s outfit reduce the need.
Reading baseline Active expectation
Baseline Active expectation is a single skill’s long-run average: activation probability × duration ÷ interval × score-UP magnitude. Medium chance is 46% and high chance is 55%. Comparisons assume no acceleration, fulfilled conditions and uniform note density. A value of 22.00 means average score UP equivalent to +22% under these assumptions. Final-score gains also depend on overlapping Actives, Specials, score support, Boards and other effects.
The reference is all 88 five-star cards implemented by October 28, 2026, excluding these five preview cards. At matched progression, the roster mean is 17.59→21.15. After upgrade, the 41 medium-chance cards span 19.17–20.91, and the 47 high-chance cards span 21.61–23.10. Values in this article also show before→after upgrade.
