Initial Moona review
Cute type, Sen42 distribution. There is currently no five-star partner sharing the Passive's main parameter, limiting its two-member benefit. A differently distributed group mate can activate the group outfit, but matching-parameter type pairs take development priority.
Member
No eligible five-star partner currently shares its main parameter. Differently distributed group options include Initial Iofi (17s) / Initial Risu (34s). They can meet the outfit requirement, but the Passive boosts a parameter outside their main focus.
The Active checks every 30s and lasts 11s. Its bloom1 baseline is standard among five-stars with the same activation probability. It has no life or combo gate, so misses do not reduce its effect magnitude.
Its unconditional Special activation assistance supports Active checks during its window. It is easy to slot into a formation that needs activation help.
Outfit
ID Gen 1 members ≥ 2: All members All Stats +50%
All parameters +50% should be compared with unconditional +45% for condition and distribution flexibility. Once the condition is met, the effect reaches everyone; the outfit owner need not be deployed. Single-parameter outfits suit a shared stat focus, while all-parameter outfits accommodate mixed distributions. An equivalent outfit overlaps this role, so separate outfit access from further member investment.
Connect and development
Surround 12：55%→105%
Bloom5 makes it a leading red or blue option. Red results are about the same as I4/score-facing Triangle8, and blue results about the same as inward Line3/upper L4, with more emphasis on parameters. At low bloom, prefer red I4 or inward blue Line3. Choose the outer slot appropriate to its development rather than placing it centrally just for coverage.
