Pure type, Tec40 distribution. A self-powered Total Power slot built around its own all-parameter boost. Pair it with a member who can buff it, and distinguish that role from a Passive that raises two teammates.
Member
There are 10 eligible five-star partners sharing its main parameter, including Initial Suisei (29s) / Swimsuit Mio (23s) / Initial Iofi (17s). Parentheses show unaccelerated Active intervals. The card itself counts toward type/group requirements; variants of the same Holomem cannot be deployed together. Initial Suisei / Swimsuit Mio / Initial Iofi can return a useful parameter buff. With effects limited to two recipients, check allocation when adding more eligible members.
The Active checks every 32s and lasts 14s. Its bloom1 baseline is high among five-stars with the same activation probability. The stronger effect needs Pure members ≥ 2; without it the low-bloom boost falls to 45%.
The Special is a standard support-focused design. It has no activation assistance, so blue Board effects or another Special can supply that role.
Outfit

A dedicated Active score-support outfit with no parameter increase. Parameter outfits are the more useful starting point during development, making outfit-only acquisition a low priority. Compare it against parameter outfits in a developed Board setup. Same-condition/effect examples: Initial Kronii / Initial Kaela / Initial Reine。

Use the center toward blue to raise the deployed host's parameters: Right Cross5 needs blue on the right, Left Cross5 blue on the left. At low bloom the right-facing version matches Right Line3; at bloom5 blue-facing Cross5 leads this parameter role. Yellow-facing coverage helps several song bonuses, while Line3 takes priority for solo bonus alone.
