The card itself counts toward type/group requirements; variants of the same Holomem cannot be deployed together. Swimsuit Anya / Swimsuit Miko can return a useful parameter buff. With effects limited to two recipients, check allocation when adding more eligible members.
The Active checks every 25s and lasts 11s. Its bloom1 baseline is low among five-stars with the same activation probability. It has no life or combo gate, so misses do not reduce its effect magnitude.
The Special is a standard support-focused design. It has no activation assistance, so blue Board effects or another Special can supply that role.

The single-parameter +130% allocation is 10 percentage points above unconditional +120%. Compare type-gated +130% and group-gated +135% alongside their usable partners. Once the condition is met, the effect reaches everyone; the outfit owner need not be deployed. Single-parameter outfits suit a shared stat focus, while all-parameter outfits accommodate mixed distributions. An equivalent outfit overlaps this role, so separate outfit access from further member investment. Same-condition/effect examples: Swimsuit Anya。

Inward blue is useful from low bloom; bloom5 four-star Line3 works like a low-bloom five-star. At bloom5 it joins inward upper L4 and Surround12 among the leading choices. Center-to-yellow is also strong for solo bonus when the Board direction matches. Fill blue/yellow needs with existing lines first, then allocate by bloom stage.
